The property is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injury, lost money, jewelry or valuables. Sorry, no pets. Normal check out time 11:00 a.m. Check in time 3:00 p.m. (Early check in subject to additional charges). This is a designated non-smoking building. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard only. A minimum 1 day additional charge will apply for smoking inside the building. Special Event Notice: In consideration to all guests, we limit the use of our hotel rooms to registered guests only.

Cancellation policy: We require at least a 72 hour notice of cancellation prior to the arrival date. Management reserves the right to require two or more night stays for special events. Should management secure a replacement reservation, only a $25.00 processing fee applies. If you have a special rate due to agreeing to stay multiple nights and you depart early you will be charged the full rack rate for each night reserved. The normal rate applies for days without a replacement reservation. The daily rate plus tax applies for the reservation period for early check out.
